My name is Kayleigh D’Amico and I am 17 years old.  I am mildly autistic and absolutely LOVE baking.  I have been a keen baker since I was very young.  I love baking new things and can’t wait for Customers to see what I have made for them. 

I have gained 8 NAT4's and 2 NAT 5's at School, including a NAT4 in Practical Cookery and a NAT4 in Health and Food Technology.

I have carried out Work Experience at various places, including Buzzworks Bake House in Prestwick.

I am currently attending Ayr College doing a Cake Making and Decorating Course.
